L-Malic Acid (Bio-Fermented Grade)
Our L-Malic acid is produced by one-step glucose fermentation. It is 100% bio-based without any chemical synthesis. With optical purity above 99.5% and ultra-low impurities, the product maintains excellent batch consistency and fully complies with global standards for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Adopting low-carbon and eco-friendly production technology, it features a much lower carbon footprint than synthetic L-malic acid and conventional DL-malic acid, perfectly suited for clean-label and natural formulations. It is widely used in food & beverage, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical intermediates, personal care products and biodegradable new materials.
