Haohe Biotechnology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haohe Biotech) originated from Nanjing Haohe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and was established in May 2021.

Shortly after establishment, the company secured tens of millions of RMB investment from Singaporean angel investors. In May 2024, SDIC High-Tech Industry Investment Co., Ltd. completed industrial investment in our company, making us the first incubated tech enterprise invested by SDIC High-Tech.

Upholding the philosophy of natural, healthy and low-carbon development, Haohe Biotech focuses on developing products featuring high natural content, superior optical purity and high chemical purity.

We own core technologies including microbial strain selection and precise fermentation control, and have built a green bio-manufacturing system for bulk and fine chemicals.

We achieve one-step fermentative production of L-malic acid using renewable sugar feedstock to deliver premium-quality products. We are building a comprehensive product portfolio based on L-malic acid as the core platform compound, with wide applications spanning food, pharmaceuticals, electronics and chemical industries.
