Product Introduction
**Tri-Ply Titanium Composite Material**
Tri-ply titanium composite material is one of the premium options in multi-layer cookware materials and is often considered one of the healthiest material choices for high-end cookware. Titanium is valued for its stability, corrosion resistance, and clean food-contact performance, making it attractive for customers who focus on healthy cooking and premium kitchenware.
However, one important point should be noted: titanium does not naturally provide strong non-stick performance. For this reason, cookware made with titanium composite material should be relatively thicker. If the pot body is too thin, heat distribution may be less stable, and the cooking experience can become difficult, especially when frying or cooking foods that stick easily.
For finished cookware, the surface can be improved through additional processing. Surface etching can create a fine texture on the cooking area, while high-temperature nitriding at around **560°C** can increase surface hardness. These treatments help improve wear resistance and reduce food sticking to some extent, making the cookware more practical for daily use.
Tri-ply titanium composite material is suitable for premium cookware brands, healthy cookware collections, titanium pots, frying pans, saucepans, and high-end kitchenware products. It offers strong market appeal for customers looking for durable, healthy, and advanced cookware materials.
