The discs are available in various specifications, the diameter and thickness can be customized according to customer requirements, covering diameters ranging from 150mm to 600mm and thicknesses from 1.2mm to 4.0mm. They are suitable for the production needs of various cookware such as woks, soup pots, frying pans, steaming pots, pressure cookers, etc. They are widely used in scenarios such as OEM production of mid-to-high-end cookware and production of own brands.We strictly control every production process, from the selection of raw materials to the compounding and forming, trimming edge, all the way to the packaging of the products, the entire production process is fully automated, ensuring that there are no scratches or blemishes on the surface of the discs. Quality Assurance
We frequently encounter situations like this. For a stainless steel cookware factory, transitioning to the production of triply steel cookware is relatively easy; however, for an aluminum cookware factory, shifting production to triply steel presents greater challenges.
This is because the manufacturing processes require extensive modifications—particularly regarding mold clearances, deep-drawing lubrication, rim rolling, edging, sandblasting, polishing, and cleaning—all of which differ significantly from the standard production techniques for aluminum cookware.
But don't worry, we have already assisted many factories in upgrading their production processes and technologies, and helping them complete the transformation.
Whether it's a new cookware factory, a stainless steel cookware factory, or an aluminum cookware factory, we prefer to provide pot blank services, completing the procurement of triply steel materials, etching or embossing, stretching, trimming, edge trimming, edging, polishing, knurling, and other processes in China.
Woks and frying pans are packaged using standard methods, while stockpots can be nested—packing smaller pots inside larger ones—thereby saving on shipping costs. Once the client receives the products, they simply need to complete the final steps—such as punching rivet holes, attaching handles, fitting lids, laser marking, and packaging.

Maintenance
We can assist clients in upgrading their products—including the etching of triply steel—and frequently recommend the latest popular etching patterns to enhance the aesthetic appeal of their products.
Triply steel embossing. Currently, our company has various embossing patterns. Different patterns come in different diameters, which not only makes the cookware attractive but also prevents sticking inside the pot.
We can also complete the etching and spraying on the triply steel discs for our customers. After the customers receive the goods, they only need to stretch, sand and clean them. It saves clients processing steps and eliminates the need for them to make direct investments in spraying equipment—or addresses issues arising from a shortage of such equipment.
