Fab Deco presents its 160mm × 24mm Bestselling Fluted Panel — the most cost-effective panel in our fluted wall range, and the spec that contractors, distributors, and designers reorder more than any other. Measuring 160mm wide and 24mm thick, it delivers the full architectural impact of a deep-profile fluted wall at an entry-level price point, making high-end interior aesthetics accessible to mainstream residential, rental, and commercial fit-out budgets. If you need one fluted panel that balances appearance, performance, and price better than anything else on the market, this is it.
Its standout quality is long-lasting anti-corrosion performance. The wood-plastic composite body is engineered to resist the corrosive influences that shorten the life of ordinary decorative panels — moisture and humidity, mold and mildew, termites and insects, and the acids and oils found in kitchens and food-service areas. Unlike wood, MDF, or metal-faced alternatives, the panel contains nothing that can rust, rot, corrode, or be eaten away. Finishes, colors, and structural strength stay intact year after year, even in humid climates and high-traffic indoor environments, with effectively no maintenance required.
The 160mm × 24mm profile is the reason this panel is our best seller. The generous 24mm depth creates pronounced shadow lines and real three-dimensional presence, far more dramatic than thin fluted boards, while the 160mm width suits both narrow accent strips and full-wall installations. Panels install easily on batten or aluminum framework, can be cut and mitered on site, and combine with matching flat panels and trims for complete wall compositions. Add in waterproof construction, fire-retardant options, customizable colors and lengths, and direct factory pricing — and it becomes clear why this single profile has become the workhorse of our product line.
