Raw Material Selection: All timber is sourced from suppliers with sustainable forestry certification;
In-process Inspection: Each production step (cutting, assembly, reinforcement) has dedicated quality checkpoints;
Final Inspection: Finished products undergo load-bearing tests, dimensional verification, and fumigation mark checks;
Complete Certifications: We hold ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, FSC forest certification, and more.
What is the process for a custom order from design to delivery?
Requirement Communication: You provide details such as product dimensions, weight, and transportation environment;
Design Proposal: Initial design sketches and quotation provided within 24 hours;
Sample Confirmation: Physical samples can be provided upon request (sample cost applies);
Mass Production: Production scheduled as planned, with optional video monitoring during key stages;
Inspection & Delivery: Products come with a certificate of compliance and test reports. Third-party inspection is welcome.
Can we visit the factory or monitor production remotely?
Factory visits are welcome by appointment (please contact us at least 3 working days in advance). We also offer remote updates via video calls or our production management system, ensuring full transparency and collaboration.
