2. Customization & Artwork Requirements
Q: How do I submit my custom artwork/patterns?
A: To ensure the highest printing and embroidery definition, please provide high-resolution vector files or clear design drafts.
Q: Are there any extra fees for new custom designs?
A: If you are providing a brand-new design that requires digital mapping, color testing, and material adjustments, an additional setup and sampling fee will apply for orders under 200 pieces.
3. Sampling Process & Lead Time
Q: What is the custom sampling process?
A: The process begins with artwork confirmation. Once your high-resolution design is approved, we will further discuss and confirm the sampling fee and lead time before proceeding.
Q: How long does sampling take?
A:For simple modifications on existing designs (where artwork is ready), samples can be completed within 3 working days.For new custom designs requiring artwork setup and color testing, please allow 7 working days for sample submission.
