FAQ

FAQ

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are an export house. Our charging assemblies, instruments and adapters come from a curated network of audited factories across Anhui and the Yangtze River Delta, and we take responsibility for specification, inspection, documents and after-sales. That is the whole of what we do, so we can afford to keep trial quantities small and answer quickly.

Q: What is the real minimum order?

A: 20 sets for the instrument kit, 50 pieces for cable assemblies, 100 pieces for adapters. Below that the setup and test cost per unit stops making sense. A single sample, however, is always available.

Q: Are the certificates yours or the factory's?

A: Both. CE and RoHS declarations are issued in the manufacturing plant's name with our export reference, and the TÜV report covers the exact model you are buying. The full document set travels with the sample, so your QA team can verify before you commit.

Q: Can you print my brand?

A: Yes, with no tooling charge: laser marking on metal and hard plastic, pad printing on the adapter shell, and a colour box with your artwork and a manual in your language. The private-label minimum is the same as the standard MOQ.

Q: What happens if the goods arrive damaged?

A: Photograph the carton and the unit before unpacking further, and write to us within seven days of arrival. Manufacturing defects are replaced free for twelve months; transport damage is covered by the insurance we book on CIF shipments.

Q: Do you supply documents for customs?

A: Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, MSDS for the cable compounds and the test reports. All prepared in-house — there is no third-party agent in the chain when a customs officer asks a question.

Q: Can you develop something not in this catalogue?

A: Send a sample or a drawing. Our network covers charging accessories, interior trim, protection film and vehicle electronics. Development feedback and a quotation usually come back within five working days.

Q: What happens to a batch that fails inspection?

A: It does not ship. The batch is reworked or scrapped at the factory's cost, and you hear it from us before the delivery date — not from the forwarder afterwards.

Q: Can I visit the factory or send my own inspector?

A: Both are welcome. We arrange visits in Anhui and Tianchang, and accept SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV inspections at your cost. Give us a week's notice and the batch will be staged and waiting.
