Seadei 912 is a broad-spectrum membrane protective agent mainly composed of sodium bisulfite and biocides, which is non-oxidizing. Its function is to prevent the growth and contamination of microorganisms on membrane elements during the shutdown period. It is suitable for all aromatic polyamide membranes and cellulose acetate membranes. It reacts quickly and has good solubility. The dosage can be adjusted according to the length of the shutdown period and the water temperature. Long-term use of Seadei 912 can keep the bacterial count in the membrane system at zero. When diluting with water, the dilution ratio should be greater than 20 times. When preparing the solution, reverse osmosis product water or brine is usually used, and the concentration of the solution is typically 5% (with a shelf life of 3 months) or 10% (with a shelf life of 6 months). Take 100 kg of Seadei 912 and add it to the dosing tank. Then, inject 1000 L of demineralized water into the dosing tank and mix well to prepare a 10% solution.

Usage Requirements
Use the cleaning device to perform online cleaning on the system, including one alkaline cleaning and one acidic cleaning, followed by a membrane element sterilization. Finally, use the prepared protective agent to completely replace the water in the pressure vessels according to the cleaning procedure and close the upper and lower valves of the system.
