Q1. How much pressure does this cordless pressure washer provide? The maximum pressure is 35bar /510Psi, which is ideal for cars, bikes, windows, garden furniture, fences and light cleaning around the house.
Q2. What is the flow rate? The flow rate is approximately 3.3L /min, giving strong rinsing power while saving water compared to a garden hose.
Q3. Does it need to be connected to a garden hose? No. Thanks to the self-priming suction function, it can draw water directly from any water source — a bucket, basin, pool or container. A collapsible water bucket is included/available as an option.
Q4. What battery does it use and how long does it last? It uses our 18V/21V platform battery, 3.0/4.0Ah. A fully charged 4.0Ah battery runs about 15–30 minutes continuously, enough to wash 1–2 cars or a full set of patio furniture.
Q5. Is the battery and charger included? Both "bare tool" and "kit" options are available. The kit includes battery, charger and accessories. The battery is shared with our other 18V/21V garden tools.
Q6. How long does it take to charge? A 4.0Ah battery charges fully in about 60–90 minutes with the standard charger.
Q7. What accessories come in the package? Package includes: pressure washer gun, 5m high-pressure hose, 2 in 1 Nozzle, foam bottle, filter,quick connector and user manual.
Q8. What can I use the foam/soap bottle for? The foam bottle mixes car shampoo or detergent into thick foam for washing cars, motorcycles, bicycles, pets and outdoor surfaces. Use the soap nozzle for foaming, then switch to a high-pressure nozzle for rinsing.
Q9. Is it safe for car paint? Yes. The adjustable pressure and wide-angle (40°) nozzle are gentle enough for car paint when used at a proper distance (about 30–50 cm). Start with the wide nozzle and keep moving to avoid concentrating the jet on one spot.
Q10. Is the machine waterproof? The gun body is IPX5 water-resistant for outdoor use. The battery should be kept dry and never submerged.
Q11. How heavy is it? Is it easy to carry? It weighs only about 1.2–1.8 kg with the battery, with a compact design and ergonomic handle — easy to carry anywhere, even to places without a power outlet or water tap.
Q12. What maintenance is required? After each use, run clean water through the gun for 1 minute, empty the hose and store it in a dry place. Never leave detergent or dirty water inside the pump. Check the filter regularly and clean it if blocked.
Q13. Can I use hot water? No. Use cold or room-temperature clean water only (max [40°C]), as hot water can damage the seals and pump.
Q14. What is the warranty? 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Spare parts (seals, nozzles, hose, battery) are available at factory-direct prices.
