Functional advantages: The closed structure of the honeycomb core achieves excellent sound insulation (sound insulation volume up to 30-45dB) and thermal insulation (thermal conductivity as low as 0.028W/(m·K)) effects, and the fire rating can reach Class A2. Durability: The surface is treated with fluorocarbon spraying (PVDF) or powder coating, featuring corrosion resistance, UV resistance, service life of more than 20 years, and color not easy to fade. Aluminum Composite Panel Product Structure Adopts a three-layer composite structure of "aluminum alloy face sheet + core material + aluminum alloy face sheet". The face sheet thickness is 0.21-0.5mm. The middle core material is divided into ordinary polyethylene (PE) core, fire-retardant core (FR core), aluminum core and other types. The total thickness of 3-6mm is the mainstream specification. Core Performance Practical advantages: Light weight (about 5-7kg/㎡), strong processing flexibility, can achieve bending, cutting, drilling and other shapes, adapting to complex wall designs. Cost-effectiveness: The cost is much lower than that of aluminum honeycomb panels, while it has good decorativeness and basic protection performance. The surface coating has rich colors (customizable metallic colors, solid colors, stone-like patterns, etc.).
