Behind the WK-01 Pro is a two-year R&D journey. For two whole years, our R&D team has spared no effort to optimize every detail, experimenting with more than 100 schemes for rope wheels and internal gears. We tested different materials, adjusted structural designs, and solved countless technical problems—from unstable rope operation to insufficient load-bearing capacity—before finally determining the optimal solution that balances safety, durability, and practicality.
As the core of our R&D, the WK-01 Pro adopts 7075 aerospace aluminum alloy, which is precision CNC machined to ensure excellent strength and light weight. The optimized rope wheel design achieves anti-slip effect, avoiding the risk of slipping during high-load operation. Compared with the standard version, we have carried out targeted R&D improvement: the load capacity is significantly improved, which is more suitable for heavy-duty high-altitude operations; the customizable rope wheel can be adapted to different rope specifications, meeting the diverse needs of different scenarios.
Our R&D team adheres to strict quality control standards. Every link from raw material selection to gear heat treatment has undergone repeated tests and iterations. The matching universal force divider (7075 aluminum material) has a breaking strength of up to 60kN, which is the result of our long-term R&D accumulation. It is this unremitting pursuit of technology that makes the WK-01 Pro a reliable high-altitude operation equipment.
