PA66 GF10/GF20/GF30 Hydrolysis Stabilized | Glass Reinforced Polyamide 66 for Automotive Cooling & Hot Water Applications
This hydrolysis resistant PA66 glass fiber reinforced compound is specially formulated for applications exposed to hot water, coolants, and high-humidity environments. Available with 10%, 20%, and 30% glass fiber reinforcement, it incorporates advanced hydrolysis stabilizers to significantly improve resistance to degradation in aggressive media.
Standard PA66 is susceptible to hydrolytic degradation when exposed to hot water or coolant (especially above 80°C). Our hydrolysis resistant grades maintain superior mechanical property retention after long-term exposure to water, coolants, and high-temperature environments.
