Travel privately between a major passenger train station and one hotel or accessible address in the same city. This one-way service is available in Shanghai, Xi’an, Chengdu, Zhangjiajie, Guilin, Hangzhou, Dali and Lijiang.
Choose a 5-seat sedan for 1–3 travelers or a 7-seat MPV for 1–5 travelers, depending on luggage quantity. The service includes a private vehicle, Chinese-speaking driver with a translation app for basic communication, fuel, tolls, parking, station pickup assistance and standard waiting time.
The price is charged per vehicle rather than per person. Airport transfers, intercity transportation, attraction stops and an English-speaking guide are not included.

5-seat sedan: USD 75 per vehicle, one way
Suitable for 1–3 travelers with standard luggage.
7-seat MPV: USD 90 per vehicle, one way
Suitable for 1–5 travelers with standard luggage.
Station pickup and station drop-off are the same price. A round-trip service requires two one-way bookings.

🌏 Service Cities & Coverage
This product covers the major passenger train stations in:
- Shanghai
- Xi'an

The standard service covers one major train station and one hotel or accessible address in the corresponding city.
Transfers to another city, an airport or a distant scenic destination are not included. Routes such as Zhangjiajie–Fenghuang, Guilin–Yangshuo, Dali–Lijiang or Lijiang–Shangri-La require a separate product or quotation.
Beijing train-station transfers are sold through the dedicated Beijing product.
🚗 Vehicle & Luggage Information
A 5-seat sedan is recommended for up to 3 travelers with standard luggage.
A 7-seat MPV is recommended for up to 5 travelers with standard luggage.
Please provide the quantity and approximate size of all luggage after booking. Large suitcases, wheelchairs, sports equipment or multiple oversized items may require a larger vehicle.
A specific vehicle brand or model cannot be guaranteed. The vehicle will be arranged within the selected seating category.
🕒 Pickup Time & Service Information
For station arrivals, pickup is arranged according to the confirmed train number and arrival time. If the original train is delayed, the pickup will be adjusted according to available train information where possible.
For hotel-to-station transfers, the driver will arrive at the confirmed pickup time. Please be ready in the hotel lobby or confirmed pickup area in advance.
Allow sufficient time for road travel, station security checks and finding the correct departure gate. Arriving at the station at least 60 minutes before departure is recommended.
Early-morning and late-night transfers do not carry a separate nighttime surcharge.

⚠️ Know Before You Go
Please book at least 24 hours in advance. For service within 24 hours, contact us before placing the order.
After booking, provide:
- Service city
- Exact train station name
- Station pickup or station drop-off
- Travel date
- Train number and scheduled arrival or departure time
- Hotel name and complete address
- Lead traveler’s name and reachable contact number
- Number of travelers
- Number and approximate size of luggage items
One booking covers one vehicle, one direction, one train station and one pickup or drop-off address.
Confirm the exact station carefully. Major Chinese cities may have several stations located far apart.
Train tickets are not included. All travelers must hold valid tickets and original travel documents.
Keep your phone available so the driver or service team can contact you on the travel date.
🔄 Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Changes to the city, station, date, train, pickup address, passenger count or vehicle type within 24 hours are subject to vehicle availability.
If the original confirmed train is delayed, contact us as soon as possible. Pickup will be adjusted according to the available train information where possible.
Providing the wrong station or train number, changing trains without notifying us, being unreachable or failing to appear at the confirmed meeting point may be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
📍 Pickup / Drop-off Information
For station arrivals, the driver will meet you at the confirmed station exit, arrival hall or designated vehicle pickup area. A name sign will be used where station access rules permit.
For station departures, the driver will collect you from the hotel lobby or the nearest location where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.
The driver, vehicle, contact and meeting details are normally sent approximately one day before service.
If the hotel is inside a pedestrian street, ancient town, narrow lane or restricted-access area, pickup or drop-off will be arranged at the nearest accessible point.
