Travel privately between a supported airport and one hotel or accessible address in the same city. This one-way transfer is available in Shanghai, Xi’an, Chengdu, Zhangjiajie, Guilin, Hangzhou, Dali and Lijiang.

Choose a 5-seat sedan for 1–3 travelers or a 7-seat MPV for 1–5 travelers, subject to luggage quantity. The service includes a private vehicle, Chinese-speaking driver with a translation app for basic communication, fuel, tolls, parking, luggage assistance and standard waiting time.

The price is charged per vehicle, not per person. Attraction stops, transfers to another city and an English-speaking guide are not included.

5-seat sedan: USD 75 per vehicle, one way

Suitable for 1–3 travelers with standard luggage.

7-seat MPV: USD 90 per vehicle, one way

Pickup and drop-off are the same price. A round-trip service requires two one-way bookings.

Other vehicle types, including larger vans, minibuses and coaches, are available on request. Please contact us before booking.

The standard service covers one supported airport and one hotel or accessible address in the corresponding city.

Transfers to another city or a distant destination, such as Xi’an–Huashan, Zhangjiajie–Fenghuang, Guilin–Yangshuo or Lijiang–Shangri-La, are not included and require a separate booking or quotation.

Beijing airport transfers are sold through the dedicated Beijing transfer product.

🚗 Vehicle & Luggage Information

A 5-seat sedan is recommended for up to 3 travelers with standard luggage.

A 7-seat MPV is recommended for up to 5 travelers with standard luggage.

Vehicle capacity depends on the size and quantity of luggage. Please provide the number of suitcases and indicate whether you are carrying oversized luggage, wheelchairs, sports equipment or other large items.

A specific vehicle brand or model cannot be guaranteed. The vehicle will be arranged within the selected seating category.

If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate all travelers and luggage, a larger vehicle will be required and the price may change.

🕒 Pickup Time & Waiting Information

For airport arrivals, the driver will arrange pickup according to the confirmed flight number and actual arrival information.

Standard arrival waiting time is:

• Up to 90 minutes after actual landing for international flights
• Up to 60 minutes after actual landing for domestic flights

Normal delays to the original confirmed flight will not result in an overtime charge.

For hotel-to-airport transfers, up to 15 minutes of waiting is included from the confirmed pickup time. Please be ready in the hotel lobby or confirmed pickup area in advance.

Early-morning and late-night transfers do not carry a separate nighttime surcharge.

⚠️ Know Before You Go

Please book at least 24 hours in advance. For transfers required within 24 hours, contact us before placing the order.

After booking, provide:

• Service city and airport
• Airport pickup or airport drop-off
• Travel date
• Flight number and scheduled arrival or departure time
• Hotel name and complete address
• Lead traveler’s name and reachable contact number
• Number of travelers
• Number and approximate size of luggage items

One booking covers one vehicle, one direction, one airport and one pickup or drop-off address.

For airport drop-off, allow sufficient time for road travel, airline check-in and security procedures. We are not responsible for a missed flight caused by an insufficient pickup time requested by the traveler, incorrect flight information, traffic control, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Keep your phone available on the travel date so the driver or service team can contact you.

🔄 Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Changes to the city, airport, date, flight, pickup address, passenger count or vehicle type within 24 hours are subject to vehicle availability.

If the original confirmed flight is delayed, the pickup will be adjusted according to the actual flight information without an additional delay charge.

If the airline cancels the confirmed flight, contact us promptly. The transfer may be rescheduled or refunded.

Incorrect flight information, changing flights without notifying us, being unreachable or failing to appear at the confirmed meeting point may be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

📍 Pickup / Drop-off Information

For an airport arrival, the driver will meet you at the confirmed arrival meeting point. A name sign will be used where airport access regulations permit. The driver, vehicle and meeting details are normally sent approximately one day before service.

For an airport departure, the driver will collect you from the hotel lobby or the nearest location where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.

If the hotel is located inside a pedestrian street, ancient town, narrow lane or restricted-access area, pickup or drop-off will be arranged at the nearest accessible point.
