The applicable price depends on the selected Great Wall section, exact pickup address, route and confirmed service arrangement.

Do not use one unified checkout price for all three Great Wall sections. The correct route price must be confirmed before the booking is finalized.

Jinshanling Great Wall is outside the standard Beijing suburban service area and requires a customized quotation.

Additional time beyond nine hours is charged at USD 25 per hour, subject to vehicle availability.

🕒 Pickup Time & Service Duration

There is no fixed departure time. An early departure is generally recommended for daytime Great Wall visits, but the final pickup time depends on the selected section, opening hours and traffic conditions.

The nine-hour service period begins at the confirmed pickup time and includes:

• Travel from Beijing to the selected Great Wall section
• Driver waiting time while travelers visit
• Return transportation to Beijing

If travelers depart late for personal reasons, the service will still finish according to the original nine-hour schedule.

Additional time must be confirmed in advance or during service and is charged at USD 25 per hour.

🗺️ Available Routes

The standard product covers one of the following Great Wall destinations:

Mutianyu Great Wall

Suitable for travelers who want a developed visitor area with several choices for ascending and descending the wall. Admission, shuttle bus, cable car, chairlift and toboggan tickets are not included.

Badaling Great Wall

Suitable for travelers who prefer a well-developed Great Wall section with convenient visitor facilities. Admission, shuttle transportation, cable car and pulley tickets are not included.

Simatai Great Wall

Located farther from central Beijing and normally accessed through the Gubei Water Town visitor area. All admission tickets and attraction transportation must be arranged separately. Visiting hours are subject to actual scenic-area operation.

Only one Great Wall section is included in a standard booking.

Combining two Great Wall sections, adding Gubei Water Town sightseeing, adding a city attraction or making significant route changes requires advance confirmation and may change the price or required service duration.

Jinshanling Great Wall is not included in the standard Beijing suburban price and must be quoted separately.

7-Seat MPV

Recommended for 1–5 travelers with up to four large suitcases and small carry-on bags.

Children and infants count toward the total passenger capacity. Child seats must be requested in advance and will reduce available passenger or luggage space.

A specific vehicle brand, model or color cannot be guaranteed. Other vehicle sizes are available upon request.

⚠️ Know Before You Book

This is a transportation-only product. The driver does not accompany travelers onto the Great Wall and does not provide historical commentary.

Travelers must arrange the correct admission tickets for the selected Great Wall section. Some tickets may require passport information, and travelers should carry their original passports.

The service duration includes all driving and waiting time. It does not provide nine hours of sightseeing time at the Great Wall.

Travel time varies according to the selected section, pickup location, traffic, public holidays, weather and temporary road controls.

The driver will wait in the designated vehicle parking area. Travelers must return to the confirmed meeting point at the agreed time.

Great Wall sections include slopes, uneven surfaces and stairs. Cable cars and other ascending or descending transportation are subject to actual attraction operation and are not included.

Poor weather does not automatically cancel the vehicle service. If the attraction remains open and the road remains accessible, the transportation service will operate as scheduled.

If an attraction or access road is officially closed and the confirmed route cannot be operated, we will assist with rescheduling or another suitable arrangement.

🔄 Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy

Free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Changes to the Great Wall section, pickup time, pickup address, passenger number or vehicle requested within 24 hours are subject to availability and may require payment of a price difference.

The nine-hour service period begins at the confirmed pickup time. Traveler delays do not extend the scheduled finishing time.

If the vehicle has been dispatched but travelers cannot be contacted or cannot use the service for personal reasons, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.

If travelers return late from the Great Wall, overtime charges may apply. The driver cannot extend the service indefinitely if another assignment has been scheduled.

📍 Pickup / Drop-off Information

Pickup is available from one hotel or accessible address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

The standard service includes transportation to one confirmed Great Wall section and return drop-off at one pre-confirmed address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the confirmed pickup point at the agreed time. Driver, vehicle and contact information will normally be provided approximately one day before service.

If the hotel is inside a pedestrian street, hutong, narrow lane or restricted area, pickup will be arranged at the nearest legal and safe stopping point.
