📌 Service Overview
　
Travel comfortably between Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) and one hotel or accessible accommodation address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

Both airport pickup and airport drop-off are available. This is a private one-way service reserved exclusively for you and your group. For airport pickup, the driver will monitor your flight and wait in the designated arrivals area with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name.

The service includes a private vehicle, professional Chinese-speaking driver, fuel, highway tolls, airport parking and standard waiting time. The driver may use a translation app for basic communication. An English-speaking guide and sightseeing commentary are not included.

All prices are per vehicle for one-way service, not per person. Round-trip service requires two one-way transfers.
　

　
🚘 Vehicle Options

　
5-Seat Sedan

Recommended for 1–3 travelers with up to two large suitcases and small carry-on bags.

7-Seat MPV

Recommended for 1–5 travelers with up to four large suitcases and small carry-on bags.

The final vehicle arrangement depends on the total number of passengers and the amount and size of luggage. Vehicle photographs are for reference only. A specific brand, model or color cannot be guaranteed.

Children and infants count toward the total passenger capacity. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a stroller, folding wheelchair, sports equipment or oversized luggage.

Other vehicle types are also available. Please contact us if you require a larger vehicle, additional luggage space or a different vehicle arrangement.
　

　
📍 Pickup Information

　
Airport Pickup

Pickup is available from:

• Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK)
• Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX)

The driver will monitor the flight using the flight number submitted at booking. After the flight lands, the driver will wait in the designated arrivals area with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name.

Please provide the following information accurately:

• Actual arrival date
• Flight number
• Arrival airport and terminal
• Lead traveler’s full name
• Total number of adults, children and infants
• Number and approximate size of suitcases
• A mobile phone number that can be reached on the service date
• Hotel or accommodation name and full address

For flights arriving after midnight, please enter the actual calendar date on which the flight lands in Beijing.

Hotel Pickup for Airport Drop-Off

Pickup is available from one hotel or accessible accommodation address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the confirmed pickup point at the agreed time. Hotel pickup includes a 15-minute waiting period.

Travelers are responsible for selecting a pickup time that allows sufficient time for Beijing traffic, airport check-in, baggage drop and security procedures.
　

　
🏁 Drop-off Information
　
For airport pickup, the standard price includes direct drop-off at one hotel or accessible accommodation address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

For airport drop-off, the driver will take travelers directly to the confirmed terminal at Beijing Capital Airport or Beijing Daxing Airport.

Hotels located inside pedestrian streets, hutongs, narrow lanes or vehicle-restricted areas may not be directly accessible. In this situation, pickup or drop-off will be arranged at the nearest location where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.

The standard service includes one direct transfer without sightseeing stops. Additional stops, addresses outside the Fifth Ring Road or significant route changes require advance confirmation and may incur an additional charge.
　

　
⏱️ Waiting & Flight Delay Policy
　
The driver will monitor the flight using the flight number submitted at booking. If the flight is officially delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted according to the updated arrival time without a flight-delay surcharge.

Standard waiting time:

• International flight: 90 minutes after the flight lands
• Domestic flight: 60 minutes after the flight lands
• Hotel pickup for airport drop-off: 15 minutes after the confirmed pickup time

If immigration, baggage collection or customs takes longer than expected, please contact us before the standard waiting period ends. We will coordinate additional waiting where reasonably possible, but continued waiting cannot be guaranteed if the driver has another scheduled service.

If the traveler changes flights without informing us, provides an incorrect flight number or arrival date, or cannot be contacted after the standard waiting period, the service may be treated as a no-show.

If the airline officially cancels the flight, the transfer may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund.
　

　
🧳 Passenger & Luggage Policy
　
The selected vehicle must have sufficient capacity for both passengers and luggage.

• 5-seat sedan: 1–3 travelers with up to two large suitcases
• 7-seat MPV: 1–5 travelers with up to four large suitcases

Small carry-on bags can be accepted when they fit safely inside the vehicle. Children and infants count as passengers, even when they do not occupy a standard adult seat.

Oversized suitcases, strollers, folding wheelchairs, golf bags, skis, musical instruments and other special items must be declared before the vehicle is confirmed.

If the actual passenger or luggage quantity exceeds the booked vehicle’s capacity, a larger or additional vehicle may be required. Any price difference must be confirmed before the service.

Airport pickup and airport drop-off are the same price. Round-trip service is calculated as two one-way transfers and does not include a round-trip discount.

The listed prices apply to a direct transfer between one airport and one hotel or accessible accommodation address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

Transfers outside the standard service area, additional stops, larger vehicles and special arrangements require advance confirmation and a customized quotation.
　

　
⚠️ Know Before You Book
　
Please confirm that the flight date, flight number, airport, terminal and hotel address are correct. For a flight arriving after midnight, enter the actual date on which the flight lands in Beijing.

Flight tracking is based on the flight number submitted at booking. If your flight changes, please inform us immediately.

The driver primarily speaks Chinese and may use a translation app for basic communication. This service does not include an English-speaking guide or guided sightseeing.

The vehicle is assigned according to passenger and luggage capacity. A specific vehicle brand, model or color cannot be guaranteed.

For airport drop-off, international travelers are generally advised to arrive at the airport approximately three hours before departure. Domestic travelers should generally arrive approximately two hours before departure. Additional travel time should be allowed during rush hours, public holidays and severe weather.

Passengers should remain reachable by phone after landing. Please connect to airport Wi-Fi or enable international roaming where possible.
　

　
🔄 Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy
　
Free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

If the airline officially cancels the flight, the transfer may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund. Normal flight delays will be monitored and do not incur a flight-delay surcharge.

The booking may be treated as a no-show and become non-refundable if:

• The traveler provides an incorrect date, airport or flight number
• The traveler changes flights without informing us
• The traveler cannot be contacted after the standard waiting period
• The driver arrives at the confirmed hotel pickup point and the traveler does not appear within 15 minutes
• The vehicle has been dispatched, but the traveler cannot use the service for personal reasons
• The actual passenger or luggage quantity exceeds the vehicle’s capacity and no safe alternative can be arranged

Changes to the flight, airport, pickup time, hotel, passenger count or luggage information should be communicated as early as possible.

Changes requested within 24 hours are subject to vehicle availability. A change between PEK and PKX, an additional stop or a service-area change may require payment of the applicable price difference.
