Travel comfortably between one of Beijing’s supported train stations and one hotel or accessible accommodation address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

Both train station pickup and train station drop-off are available. This is a private one-way service reserved exclusively for you and your group.

For station pickup, the driver will check the train information provided during booking and wait at the confirmed meeting point with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. For station drop-off, the driver will collect you from your hotel or confirmed address and take you directly to the correct railway station.

The service includes a private vehicle, professional Chinese-speaking driver, fuel, parking, applicable tolls and standard waiting time. The driver may use a translation app for basic communication. An English-speaking guide is not included.

All supported Beijing train stations use the same price. Prices are per vehicle for one-way service, not per person.
　

　
🚉 Supported Train Stations
　
The standard price applies to the following Beijing train stations:

• Beijing Railway Station
• Beijing South Railway Station
• Beijing West Railway Station
• Beijing North Railway Station
• Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station

These are different stations located in different parts of Beijing. Please carefully check the station name printed on your train ticket before submitting your booking information.

Other railway stations are not automatically included and require advance confirmation.
　

　
🚘 Vehicle Options

　
5-Seat Sedan

Recommended for 1–3 travelers with up to two large suitcases and small carry-on bags.

7-Seat MPV

Recommended for 1–5 travelers with up to four large suitcases and small carry-on bags.

The final vehicle arrangement depends on the total number of passengers and the quantity and size of luggage. Vehicle photographs are for reference only. A specific brand, model or color cannot be guaranteed.

Children and infants count toward the total passenger capacity. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a stroller, folding wheelchair, sports equipment or oversized luggage.

Other vehicle types are also available. Please contact us if you require a larger vehicle, additional luggage space or a different vehicle arrangement.
　

　
📍 Pickup Information

　
Train Station Pickup

The driver will arrange the pickup according to the train number, scheduled arrival time and railway station submitted during booking.

Depending on the station’s access and parking regulations, the driver will wait at the confirmed arrival exit or another designated meeting point with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name.

Detailed vehicle, driver and meeting information will normally be provided approximately one day before the service.

Please provide the following information accurately:

• Travel date
• Train number
• Arrival railway station
• Scheduled arrival time
• Lead traveler’s full name
• Total number of adults, children and infants
• Number and approximate size of suitcases
• A mobile phone number available on the service date
• Hotel or destination name and full address
  

Hotel Pickup for Train Station Drop-Off

Pickup is available from one hotel or accessible address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the confirmed pickup point at the agreed time. Hotel pickup includes a 15-minute waiting period.

Travelers are responsible for selecting a pickup time that allows sufficient time for Beijing traffic, station security checks and locating the correct departure gate.
　

　
🏁 Drop-off Information
　
For train station pickup, the standard price includes direct drop-off at one hotel or accessible address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

For train station drop-off, the driver will take travelers to the public vehicle drop-off area of the confirmed railway station. The driver does not enter the station, pass through security or accompany travelers to the platform.

Hotels located inside pedestrian streets, hutongs, narrow lanes or vehicle-restricted areas may not be directly accessible. Pickup or drop-off will then be arranged at the nearest location where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.

The standard service includes one direct transfer without sightseeing stops. Additional stops, addresses outside the standard service area or significant route changes require advance confirmation and may incur an additional charge.
　

　
⏱️ Waiting & Train Delay Policy
　
For train station pickup, the driver will check the submitted train information and arrange the pickup according to the train’s actual arrival time where live train information is available.

If the train is officially delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted according to the updated arrival time without a train-delay surcharge.

Standard waiting time:

• Train station pickup: 60 minutes after the train’s actual arrival
• Hotel pickup for station drop-off: 15 minutes after the confirmed pickup time

If you cannot locate the driver, please contact us immediately rather than leaving the station or arranging alternative transportation.

If the traveler changes trains without informing us, provides an incorrect train number, date or station, or cannot be contacted after the standard waiting period, the service may be treated as a no-show.

If the railway operator officially cancels the train, the transfer may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund.
　

　
🧳 Passenger & Luggage Policy
　
The selected vehicle must have sufficient capacity for both passengers and luggage.

• 5-seat sedan: 1–3 travelers with up to two large suitcases
• 7-seat MPV: 1–5 travelers with up to four large suitcases

Small carry-on bags can be accepted when they fit safely inside the vehicle. Children and infants count as passengers, even when they do not occupy a standard adult seat.

Oversized suitcases, strollers, folding wheelchairs, golf bags, skis, musical instruments and other special items must be declared before the vehicle is confirmed.

If the actual passenger or luggage quantity exceeds the booked vehicle’s capacity, a larger or additional vehicle may be required. Any applicable price difference must be confirmed before the service.

💰 Price Information
　
All prices are per vehicle for one-way service, not per person.

The same prices apply to all supported Beijing train stations and both transfer directions.

• 5-seat sedan: USD 75 per vehicle, one way
• 7-seat MPV: USD 90 per vehicle, one way

The price is the same for:

• Train station to hotel
• Hotel to train station

• Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station

Round-trip service is calculated as two one-way transfers and does not include a round-trip discount.

Additional stops, addresses outside the Fifth Ring Road, other railway stations, larger vehicles and special arrangements require advance confirmation and a customized quotation.
　

　
⚠️ Know Before You Book
　
Please carefully confirm the travel date, train number, arrival or departure time and exact Beijing railway station. Beijing’s railway stations are separate terminals and may be far from one another.

The driver and vehicle will be arranged according to the information submitted during booking. If the train number or station changes, please inform us immediately.

The driver primarily speaks Chinese and may use a translation app for basic communication. This service does not include an English-speaking guide.

The selected vehicle category is guaranteed, but a specific vehicle brand, model or color cannot be guaranteed.

For station drop-off, travelers should generally arrive at the railway station at least 60 minutes before departure. During public holidays, peak travel periods or severe weather, arriving 90 minutes in advance is recommended.

Passengers should remain reachable by phone. Please enable international roaming or ensure that you can use a suitable messaging application while in China.

The driver cannot enter the secured station area or accompany travelers through security and ticket inspection.
