• Meet your private English-speaking guide at the confirmed studio or meeting point.
• Select one set of Hanfu or Tang-style costume for the photoshoot.
• Complete one-on-one professional makeup and hairstyling.
• Meet your one-on-one photographer and confirm the shooting style and route.
• Walk to the selected shooting location with your guide, as the studio and shooting location are close to each other.
• Join the guided photoshoot session with pose, angle, and location guidance from the photographer.
• After the shoot, return to the studio with your guide to change clothes and return the outfit and accessories.
• If you would like to continue exploring after the photoshoot while still wearing the costume, you may do so, but you must return to the studio by yourself to change and return the costume and accessories before the required return time.
• Receive 35 high-quality raw photos by email on the next day.
• Select the photos you would like to have retouched.
• Receive 5 professionally retouched images within 2–3 working days after you submit your selected photos.

⚠️ Know Before You Go
• This is a private photoshoot experience with private English-speaking guide support throughout the process.
• The experience lasts around 3–4 hours, depending on the selected option, styling needs, shooting pace, and local conditions.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may affect makeup, styling, and shooting time.
• If you arrive 30–60 minutes late, a USD 40 late fee is required.
• If you arrive 60 minutes or more late, the experience will be treated as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• The outfit and accessories must be returned to the studio by the required return time.
• If you choose to continue exploring after the photoshoot while wearing the costume, you are responsible for returning to the studio by yourself to change and return the costume and accessories.
• Outdoor shooting locations may be adjusted due to weather, crowd control, venue rules, lighting conditions, or local operation.
• Da Tang Ever Bright City shooting depends on weather, lighting, crowd levels, and local management rules.
• Xi’an City Wall shooting may be subject to venue opening hours, ticketing rules, and crowd control.
• Please inform us in advance if you have skin sensitivities, makeup allergies, or special styling needs.
• This experience may not be suitable for wheelchair users due to walking routes, steps, old streets, or uneven ground.
