What is the product material?
The main body is made of Oxford cloth, with a reinforced PP board at the bottom, and the drawstring closure is made of mesh fabric.

Is it waterproof / dirt-resistant?
The Oxford cloth surface has a waterproof coating, making it easy to wipe off everyday spills. It is not prone to dust and is easy to care for.
2. Structure and Durability
What is the function of the bottom PP board?
The PP board at the bottom serves to shape, bear weight, and prevent moisture. It allows the barrel to stand upright without collapsing and insulates against ground moisture.
How much weight can it bear?
For daily storage of clothes, sundries, toys, etc., it is recommended not to exceed 5kg to avoid overfilling and affecting its lifespan.
Is the handle load-bearing safe?
Aluminum alloy handle + non-slip grip design, with reinforced stitching. It can safely carry a full barrel of items under normal use.
3. Usage and Cleaning
Can it be folded for storage?
After removing the bottom PP board, the barrel can be folded and compressed for space-saving storage when not in use.
How to clean and maintain it?
Hand washing / spot cleaning is recommended. Machine washing and prolonged soaking are not allowed. The PP board can be removed separately and wiped with a damp cloth.
What are the benefits of the drawstring closure design?
The drawstring closure prevents items from falling out, provides dust protection, and facilitates carrying.

How is a single product packaged?
Individually packaged in an OPP bag. Custom color boxes and hang tags can also be provided according to requirements.
What is the shipping time?
In-stock products will be shipped within 48 hours. For customized items, the delivery time will be negotiated based on the order quantity.
5. Customization and After-Sales
Can the color be customized / can a logo be printed?
Color customization is supported (select colors from the color card). Logo customization services such as screen printing and embroidery are also available.
What is the minimum order quantity requirement?
In-stock items support mixed batches. Customized items have corresponding minimum order quantities. Please consult customer service for details.
What should I do if there is a quality issue with the product upon receipt?
If there are quality issues such as loose threads or damage, please contact customer service with photos to apply for after-sales service.
