Toughening Furnace

The high-pressure air knife uses strong airflow to remove water droplets from the glass surface, with optional hot air assistance for drying. After drying, the glass is **free of water marks and streaks**, preventing fogging in insulating glass and coating defects.

The forced convection tempering furnace ensures uniform heating of the tempered glass and takes less time. The flatness and optical properties of the products are excellent, and the yield rate is higher.

Automatic Aluminum Frame Glazing Machine

The heat immersion test is a destructive testing method. The tempered glass is heated to 290℃ ± 10℃ in the heat immersion furnace, and then kept at a temperature for several hours to accelerate the transformation of nickel sulfide. The glass containing nickel sulfide is prematurely detonated in the furnace to avoid the production of self-explosive glass.

Manually or through the conveyor line, insert the aluminum frame that has been bent and equipped with EPDM rubber strips; the servo and vision systems automatically locate the center of the frame, automatically correct the diagonal errors of the aluminum frame, and fix the frame to prevent it from shifting.

A dust-free assembly room, ensuring the temperature, humidity and cleanliness inside the bonding area. Rigorous requirements are imposed on every process to guarantee the quality of each product.

Two pieces of glass are sandwiched with PVB film in between. After pre-pressing, they are sent into an air pressure reactor. In a sealed reactor, both high temperature and high pressure are applied simultaneously, melting the film and completely eliminating micro-bubbles, thus permanently bonding the film and the glass together.
