Standard regular finished glass can be delivered on the same day or the next day. Small custom non-standard orders have a production cycle of 3-5 days. Large-scale engineering and foreign trade custom orders have a cycle of 7-15 days. The specific time is determined based on the product process and the order quantity. The progress of the entire process can be followed in real time to ensure efficient delivery.

2. What are the minimum/maximum dimensions and thickness range for custom glass?

The standard thickness supports full specification customization ranging from 3mm to 19mm, which can meet various requirements such as thin decorative glass, thick industrial tempered glass, and hollow composite glass.

We offer sample customization services. For regular process glass, we can provide sample verification of quality. For large-scale cooperation clients, samples are provided free of charge, but only the logistics costs need to be borne. For special processes and high-difficulty customized glass, a small sample-making fee will be charged. The fee can be deducted after placing the large-scale order.

The customer can provide the size parameters, thickness requirements, glass processing needs (such as tempering, insulating, laminated, frosted, printed, etc.), and the application scenarios.
