Countersunk magnets fit standard screws and bolts, allowing repeated disassembly and installation. Screws are fully recessed after mounting for a flat, protrusion-free surface without affecting equipment assembly and appearance. Block and special-shaped magnets with double countersunk holes are available for customization.

The magnetic basket filter mainly consists of nozzles, main pipe, magnetic filter basket, flanges, flange cover and fasteners. When fluid flows through the main pipe into the filter basket, ferromagnetic impurities are firmly attracted onto the surface of magnetic rods. Clean fluid then passes through the basket and discharges from the filter outlet.

The magnetic bullet magnet is mainly installed in conveying pipeline systems. The bullet-shaped cone design of the magnetic core ensures optimal contact between the magnetic field and material flow. It removes iron filings and large ferromagnetic impurities from dry gravity-fed materials or pneumatically conveyed materials.
