The service normally begins and ends within the same city’s main urban area. Submit your proposed destination and route before booking so that distance, road access and local operating conditions can be checked.

The driver provides transportation only. Attraction tickets, tour guide, parking, road tolls, overtime, excess mileage and routes outside the confirmed package are not included.

💰 Price Reference

Standard price: USD 280 per vehicle for up to 10 consecutive hours.

The same standard price applies in all listed service cities when the itinerary meets the following conditions:

• One private 7-seat MPV
• Up to 5 travelers, subject to luggage quantity
• Up to 10 consecutive service hours
• Up to 200 kilometres of total driving
• One confirmed same-day outskirts or nearby scenic-area itinerary
• Pickup and final drop-off within the confirmed city's main urban service area

The 10 hours and 200 kilometres are maximum package limits. Unused time or mileage cannot be transferred to another day or refunded.

Routes exceeding the standard time, mileage or service area require a separate quotation. Additional charges may also apply for mountain roads, remote destinations, special vehicle-access restrictions or unusually high local operating costs.

Parking fees, road tolls and attraction access fees are paid separately when incurred.

Longer routes such as Xi’an–Mount Huashan, Chengdu–Leshan, Chongqing–Wulong, Zhangjiajie–Fenghuang or Guangzhou–Kaiping may exceed the standard mileage or service time and require a separate quotation.

Multiple attractions can be arranged when they follow a reasonable route and remain within the confirmed time and mileage limits.

🚗 Vehicle & Luggage Information

The standard vehicle is a 7-seat MPV, generally suitable for 1–5 travelers.

Actual capacity depends on the quantity and size of luggage. If travelers are carrying several large suitcases, the recommended passenger capacity may be lower.

A specific vehicle brand, model or colour cannot be guaranteed. A clean and legally operated vehicle within the booked seating category will be arranged.

Larger vans, minibuses and coaches are available on request and require a separate quotation.

Child seats may be available when requested in advance, subject to local availability.

🕒 Service Time

The 10-hour service begins at the confirmed pickup time and runs continuously.

For example, a service beginning at 8:00 AM normally ends at 6:00 PM.

Time spent waiting while travelers visit attractions, eat or shop is included in the 10-hour service period. The service cannot be paused and resumed later.

Traveler lateness does not extend the confirmed finishing time. Overtime is subject to driver availability and must be confirmed separately.

If traffic, weather or attraction queues make the original itinerary impossible to complete within 10 hours, the route may need to be shortened or overtime charges may apply with the traveler's agreement.

⚠️ Know Before You Go

Please contact us before booking to confirm whether your proposed route qualifies for the standard RMB 2,000 package.

Please provide:

• Service city
• Travel date
• Requested pickup time
• Hotel name and complete pickup address
• Proposed attraction or destination
• Any additional stops
• Final drop-off location
• Number of travelers
• Number and size of luggage items
• Reachable mobile phone number

The route must be confirmed before travel. A destination being located within the same administrative city does not automatically mean it is covered by the standard package.

The driver provides transportation only and cannot act as a professional tour guide, enter attractions to provide commentary or accompany travelers throughout sightseeing visits.

Attraction opening hours, ticket reservations and entry requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility unless separately arranged.

Severe weather, road closures, traffic control, attraction closures and local regulations may require route adjustments.

🔄 Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Changes to the city, date, pickup time, destination, route, passenger number or vehicle type within 24 hours are subject to availability and may require a revised quotation.

If an order is placed before route confirmation and the requested itinerary falls outside the standard package, a revised quotation will be provided. If the traveler does not accept it, the order may be cancelled for a full refund before the vehicle is confirmed.

Failure to appear at the confirmed pickup point, being unreachable or providing an incorrect address may be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

📍 Pickup / Drop-off Information

Pickup and final drop-off are normally arranged at a hotel or vehicle-accessible address within the confirmed city’s main urban service area.

The standard product is intended as a same-day return service. Ending the trip in another city or distant destination requires separate confirmation and quotation.

If the hotel or attraction is inside a pedestrian street, ancient town, narrow lane or restricted-access area, the driver will meet travelers at the nearest location where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.

Driver, vehicle and pickup information will normally be provided approximately one day before service.
