Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Panda Upup China Travel. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our website or travel services.
1. About Us
Panda Upup China Travel provides China-based travel services, including private tours, group tours, cultural experiences, ticketing support, transport arrangements, study tours, and business travel cooperation.
Our website is mainly used for travel information, inquiries, and service consultation. It does not guarantee instant booking confirmation unless confirmed by our team in writing.
2. Website Information
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, travel information, prices, opening hours, availability, attraction rules, and service details may change.
Website content is for general reference only. Final service details are confirmed through our written quotation, itinerary, booking confirmation, or direct communication.
3. Inquiry and Booking Process
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed only when:
- We confirm availability
- You agree to the service details and price
- Required information is provided
- Payment or deposit is completed when required
- We send written confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed channel
4. Prices and Availability
Prices shown on the website or provided in quotations may depend on:
- Travel date
- Group size
- Language requirement
- Vehicle type
- Ticket availability
- Hotel or supplier availability
- Seasonal demand
- Special service requests
Prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be provided in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required before confirmation. Some optional expenses may be paid directly on site if clearly stated in advance.
If payment is not completed by the agreed deadline, the booking may not be held.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the specific service, supplier policy, attraction rules, ticket type, and booking conditions.
Some tickets, hotels, transport services, or customized arrangements may be non-refundable once confirmed.
The applicable cancellation and refund terms will be communicated before or during booking confirmation.
7. Changes to Bookings
If you need to change your travel date, group size, pickup location, itinerary, or other service details, please contact us as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
We will try our best to assist, but changes cannot always be guaranteed.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and travel information
- Checking passport, visa, and entry requirements
- Arriving on time for tours, pickups, trains, flights, or activities
- Following local laws, attraction rules, and safety instructions
- Keeping personal belongings safe
- Informing us in advance of health conditions, mobility needs, dietary requirements, or special assistance requests
If incorrect information is provided, services may be affected and additional costs may apply.
9. Passports and Identification
Many attractions, train stations, hotels, and official reservations in China may require passport or identity information.
Travelers must bring the original passport or required identification document when needed. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denied entry or service failure, and refunds may not be available.
10. Itinerary Changes and Service Adjustments
Travel arrangements may be affected by weather, traffic, attraction closures, crowd control, government restrictions, safety concerns, supplier changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If this happens, we may adjust the itinerary, timing, route, or service arrangement where necessary. We will aim to provide a reasonable alternative when possible.
11. Third-Party Suppliers
Some services may be provided by third-party suppliers, including attractions, hotels, restaurants, guides, drivers, ticketing partners, transport companies, or local operators.
We carefully choose our partners, but we are not responsible for issues caused solely by third-party suppliers, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase appropriate travel insurance before traveling.
Insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal injury, lost belongings, delays, and other travel-related risks.
13. Health, Safety, and Conduct
Travelers should follow safety instructions from guides, drivers, attractions, and local staff.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a traveler’s behavior creates risk, violates local rules, affects other guests, or prevents normal service operation.
14. Business and Partner Cooperation
For travel agencies, tour operators, study tour organizers, and other business partners, final cooperation terms, net rates, payment conditions, cancellation rules, and service responsibilities should be confirmed separately in writing.
Website information does not automatically create a business contract or partnership agreement.
