Choose your preferred attractions, neighbourhoods, restaurants and shopping stops, then submit the route for confirmation before travel. The driver provides transportation only and does not offer guided commentary.

Parking, road tolls, attraction tickets, an English-speaking guide, overtime, excess mileage, remote scenic areas and intercity routes are not included.

Standard price: USD 222 per vehicle for up to 10 consecutive hours.

The same standard price applies in all listed service cities.

The package includes:

• One 7-seat MPV
• Up to 5 travelers, subject to luggage quantity
• Up to 10 consecutive service hours
• Up to 100 kilometres of driving
• One confirmed urban itinerary within one city

The 10 hours and 100 kilometres are maximum limits, not guaranteed usage requirements. Unused time or mileage cannot be transferred, divided between different days or refunded.

Additional charges may apply for overtime, excess mileage, road tolls, parking, airport access fees, remote areas, mountain roads or routes outside the standard urban service area. Any price difference will be explained before confirmation.

Larger vans, minibuses and coaches are available on request.

🗺️ Service Area & Route Confirmation

The standard price covers sightseeing and transportation within the main urban service area of one confirmed city, with total driving of no more than 100 kilometres.

Some attractions may belong administratively to the same city but are still outside the standard urban service area because of distance, mountain roads, access restrictions or operating costs.

Routes normally requiring separate confirmation or quotation include:

• Xi’an to the Terracotta Army or Mount Huashan
• Luoyang to Shaolin Temple
• Chengdu to Leshan, Mount Emei or Jiuzhaigou
• Chongqing to Wulong or Dazu
• Zhangjiajie city to Wulingyuan, the Grand Canyon or Fenghuang
• Guilin to Yangshuo or the Longji Rice Terraces
• Hangzhou or Shanghai to Wuzhen
• Suzhou to Zhouzhuang or other distant water towns
• Kunming to the Stone Forest
• Dali to Lijiang
• Lijiang to Shangri-La or distant mountain attractions

Please send your complete route before booking if it includes an airport, railway station, mountain, remote scenic area, ancient town outside the city centre or another city.

🚗 Vehicle & Luggage Information

The standard vehicle is a 7-seat MPV, generally suitable for 1–5 travelers.

Actual capacity depends on the number and size of luggage items. Please provide passenger and luggage information before service.

A specific vehicle brand, model or colour cannot be guaranteed. A clean, legally operated vehicle within the booked category will be arranged.

Larger vehicles are required when the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate all travelers and luggage. The price will be quoted separately.

Child seats may be available on request but must be confirmed in advance.

🕒 Service Time

The 10-hour service begins at the confirmed pickup time and runs continuously.

For example, a service beginning at 9:00 AM normally ends at 7:00 PM.

Waiting time while travelers visit attractions, dine or shop is included in the 10-hour service period. The service cannot be paused and resumed later.

Traveler lateness does not extend the scheduled finishing time. Any requested overtime is subject to driver availability and must be confirmed separately.

⚠️ Know Before You Go

Please book at least 24 hours in advance. For service required within 24 hours, contact us before booking.

After booking, provide:

• Service city
• Travel date
• Requested pickup time
• Hotel name and complete pickup address
• Proposed attractions and route
• Final drop-off location
• Number of travelers
• Number and size of luggage items
• Reachable mobile phone number

The route must be confirmed before travel. Do not assume that every destination located within a city’s administrative boundary is covered by the standard urban price.

The driver provides transportation only. The driver cannot enter attractions as a guide, provide professional commentary or accompany travelers throughout sightseeing visits.

Itinerary changes on the service date are subject to time, mileage, traffic conditions, road access and driver availability.

Severe weather, traffic control, attraction closures and local regulations may require route adjustments.

🔄 Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Changes to the city, date, pickup time, route, passenger number or vehicle type within 24 hours are subject to availability and may require a new quotation.

If the requested route is outside the standard package, the additional cost will be explained before service confirmation. No additional service will be arranged without the traveler’s agreement.

Failure to appear at the confirmed pickup point, being unreachable or providing an incorrect address may be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

📍 Pickup / Drop-off Information

Pickup and drop-off can be arranged at hotels or vehicle-accessible addresses within the confirmed urban service area.

If a hotel or attraction is located inside a pedestrian street, ancient town, narrow lane or restricted-access area, the driver will meet travelers at the nearest place where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.

Driver, vehicle and pickup information will normally be provided approximately one day before service.
