Jiangsu Ronghang Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., a National High-Tech Enterprise specializing in R&D and manufacturing of precision transmission components, was restructured from a state-owned enterprise. The company operates a modern production base spanning 42,000 square meters, with 35,000 square meters of built-up area and over 86 million CNY in fixed assets.
As both inheritors of century-old engineering excellence and pioneers of intelligent manufacturing, we redefine industrial capabilities through cutting-edge transmission technologies. Our core R&D products—constant velocity joints, universal joint crosses, and crowned gear couplings—have achieved ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system certification, with CE, ROHS, and REACH triple international certifications undergirding product quality.
Collaborating with institutions like Jiangsu University, we accelerate the transformation of theoretical models into industrialized solutions. A 60-member technical team led by 12 senior engineers drives innovation across CNC machining centers, precision heat treatment lines, and dynamic test benches. Leveraging SolidWorks 3D design and UG digital simulation, we enforce full-process quality control—from material spectral analysis to torque dynamic testing—ensuring reliability under high-speed (up to 60,000 rpm) and extreme operating conditions through magnetic particle inspection, dynamic balance testing, and 20+ specialized validations.
