Four Quadrant PD Detector

This product is a high-precision photoelectric detector. It is made of

silicon material and the response wavelength range is from 200nm to

1100nm.

The surface of the detector is divided into four independent quadrants,

and each quadrant can independently detect light signals. When

the light spot is irradiated onto the detector surface, each quadrant

generates corresponding electrical signals according to the light

intensity. By comparing the signals of each quadrant, the position of

the light spot can be calculated. The main features are high sensitivity,

fast response speed, and high resolution.
