Methods for calculating the gear ratio of domestic and international gear reducers
1. In a pair of gears, the gear with fewer teeth is called the pinion, and the gear with more teeth is called the gear. When the number of teeth is the same, the driving gear is referred to as the pinion, and the driven gear is called the gear;
2. In a pair of external gears, their rotation is opposite: the small gear turns to the right while the large gear turns to the left;
3. In a pair of internal gears, both gears rotate in the same direction;
4. In a pair of gears, the number of rotations and the number of teeth are inversely proportional. The smaller gear rotates more times than the larger gear, and their tooth ratios are as follows: reducer gear speed ratio:
The gear ratio i = number of teeth on the large gear / number of teeth on the small gear
Worm gear: The gear ratio i = number of teeth on the worm gear / number of threads on the worm

The Gears of the Flender
The internal gears of the Flender planetary reducer are made of 20CrMnTi carburizing quenching and gear grinding, which have the characteristics of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, high speed ratio, high efficiency, and safe performance.
