The control plunger is the core regulating component of manual hydraulic pallet truck valve assembly. It controls oil circuit switching, pressure relief and load pressure retention, which directly affects lifting feedback, pressure holding performance and overall service life of pallet trucks.
Manufactured strictly in accordance with original drawings of PRAMAC Group Italy, we have provided stable bulk supply for its subsidiary brands since 2023. All batches have passed strict SQA audit and meet European hydraulic component standards. Made of 40Cr alloy structural steel, each plunger undergoes overall quenching and tempering plus partial high-frequency hardening. With mirror surface grinding and black oxide finishing, the concentricity and dimensional tolerance are controlled within ±0.01mm.
It is universally compatible with mainstream 2.0/2.5/3-ton standard hydraulic pallet trucks worldwide for direct replacement. The burr-free mirror surface avoids oil seal scratching, preventing common failures such as internal pressure leakage, spontaneous fork dropping and slow pressure relief. It maintains stable performance under heavy load, hydraulic oil corrosion and alternating temperature with minimal wear after millions of working cycles.
100% full inspection is implemented before delivery. Batch inspection reports are provided for factory audit and SQA review. Both off-the-shelf standard parts and OEM customized processing are available.
