Our Quality Control System

Phase 0: Preparation | Project Initiation

We establish a standardized cross-functional APQP team with clear responsibilities and draw core process flowcharts to lay a solid organizational foundation for new product development.

Phase 2: Product Design & Development

We run DFMEA design risk analysis, complete prototype drawing, manufacturing and testing, verify engineering & material specs, manage design changes, and confirm molds, tooling and equipment plans.

Phase 1: Plan & Define Program

Based on customer demands and market data, we finish feasibility, cost and contract reviews, confirm product design targets, raw material lists and full APQP project schedule with management support.

Phase 4: Product & Process Validation

Phase 5: Feedback, Assessment & Corrective Actions

We monitor production records, track delivery performance and collect customer feedback, then evaluate quality issues and roll out corrective actions to form a closed-loop quality improvement cycle.

We carry out full trial production, complete all gage system analysis and part performance tests, submit PSW part approvals, launch formal production control plans and conduct overall quality audits.

Phase 3: Process Design & Development

We conduct PFMEA process risk evaluation, optimize workshop layout and line balance, compile process operation guides, analyze measuring systems and process capacity, and create pre-production control plans.
