To meet diverse configuration requirements, the mobile fume purifier is offered in two versions: Mechanical Button Version and Touchscreen Display Version.
I. Structural Composition结构介绍
Core components include: universal extraction arm, high-temperature resistant suction hose, suction hood (with airflow regulating valve), spark arrestor mesh, flame-retardant high-efficiency filter cartridge, clean chamber, activated carbon filter, dust collection drawer assembly, flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton, New Korean-style casters with brakes, blower, premium energy-saving variable frequency motor, and electrical control cabinet.Based on this configuration, the touchscreen display version adds the following enhanced features:10-inch touchscreen, digital display differential pressure sensor, digital display pressure sensor, current recognition sensor, and lighting. This upgraded version offers greater operational convenience and improved energy efficiency during operation.


II. Working Principle
Through the suction force of the fan, welding fumes and exhaust gases are drawn into the equipment's intake port via the universal dust collector. The intake port is equipped with a flame arrester that traps sparks. The smoke and gas then enter the settling chamber, where they utilize gravity and upward airflow to first directly drop coarse particles into the ash hopper. Fine particulate smoke is captured by the filter core on its outer surface. Clean air passes through the filter core for purification and flows into the clean room. The clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and discharged through the outlet port in compliance with standards.

Suitable for use in electric arc welding, CO2 shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc air cutting, gas cutting, and special welding operations that produce smoke and fumes
