The **LUMEIKE** Central Welding Fume Extraction System is a high-efficiency, engineered solution designed to capture and purify hazardous welding fumes at source in large-scale or multi-station welding environments. It ensures a clean, safe, and compliant workplace by preventing the spread of fine particulate matter and toxic gases.
**System Composition**  
The system typically consists of a high-performance central dust collector (equipped with flame-retardant cartridge filters or PTFE-coated filter elements), a variable-frequency drive (VFD) control cabinet, a network of ductwork, spark arrestors, and multiple capture arms (or source capture hoods). Optional accessories include remote monitoring modules and automatic pulse-jet cleaning systems.
**Working Principle**  
Welding fumes are drawn from each workstation through flexible extraction arms and into the main ductwork by a centrally located induced draft fan. The fume-laden air first passes through a spark arrestor to eliminate incandescent particles. It then enters the filter chamber, where fine particulate matter adheres to the surface of high-efficiency filter cartridges. Purified air is discharged indoors (for energy saving) or outdoors. Periodically, compressed air pulses back-flush the cartridges, dislodging accumulated dust into a collection hopper for safe disposal.
