Q1: What certifications do your anti-theft and fire-resistant entry doors have?
A: Our products comply with Chinese GB 12955 fire door standards (Class A/B/C) and GB 17565 security door standards (Grade A/B). International certifications such as CE, UL, and BS are also available to meet market access requirements in different countries. Q2:What is the fire rating and how long can it withstand fire?
A: Class A fire doors offer a fire resistance rating of ≥1.5 hours, Class B ≥1.0 hour, and Class C ≥0.5 hours. The appropriate rating can be customized based on project requirements.
Q3: What material is used inside the door leaf?
A: Fire-rated series use perlite fire-resistant core boards or aluminum silicate fiber filling, providing both fire insulation and soundproofing. Security series use galvanized steel frames with high-density fire-resistant rock wool to enhance anti-pry and impact resistance.
Q4: Can you customize the size and appearance?
A: Yes. Standard sizes include 960×2050mm and 1000×2100mm, and custom sizes are available to fit your door opening. We offer various surface finishes (powder coating, wood grain transfer, fluorocarbon paint) and colors, with optional viewing windows and ventilation panels.
Q5: What lock options are available?
A: Standard configuration includes a Class C anti-theft lock cylinder and a multi-point (9-12 point) security lock body. Electronic locks such as fingerprint, password, and card access locks are available as options, and brands can be specified by the customer.
Q6: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is 10 sets for standard models and 20 sets for custom models (special sizes/colors/configurations). Sample orders can be discussed separately.
Q7: What is the lead time?
A: Standard models: 25-35 working days after receiving the deposit. Custom models: 35-45 working days. Large-volume orders require confirmation based on production capacity.
Q8: How are the doors packaged for export?
A: Door leaves are wrapped in EPE foam + cardboard with corner protectors, then packed in export wooden crates or pallets to ensure safety during long-distance sea/land transport. Fumigation with IPPC marking can be provided upon request.
Q9: Do you provide installation guidance?
A: Yes. Each shipment includes installation manuals in Chinese and English, and installation video guidance is also available. If needed, our technicians can provide remote or on-site guidance (costs to be discussed separately).
Q10: What is the warranty period?
A:15-year warranty on the main structure, 2 years on hardware accessories, and 1 year on surface coating (non-human damage). Lifetime technical support and spare parts supply are provided
