Provide Services
Spiral concentrator is our company has developed a successful international advanced level of patent new equipment respectively
Used to select the size of 2.0 mm - 0.02 mm grain size range of Iron, Tin, Tungsten, Scheelite Taintalum / Niobium, Gold, Coal, Ilmenite, Monazite, Rutile, Zircon, Quartz sand, Barite , Garnet, Rare Earth and other metals /non-metallic minerals with sufficient specific gravity difference.
PRODUCTS
The equipment occupies a small area, consumes little power, has a stable mineral processing process, is easy to operate, runs reliably, has high enrichment, high recovery rate, and is highly adaptable to fluctuating supply conditions. It is a physical mineral processing device, does not require chemicals, and is environmentally friendly.

Case of recovering titanic acid slag
Our H-type is used to recover titanate slag from the waste sludge of titanium dioxide plant, with a particle size of 400 mesh.
Scheelite case
Scheelite Project Replacing Flotation with Gravity Selection. Australians used our 78 set of spiral concentrators to process the scheelite ore in King Island, enriching the WO3 grade 0.6% of the ore till up to 60%, and the grade of the tailings was as low as 0.018%, with a concentrate recovery rate of 81.68%. The recovery rate of their previous traditional flotation process was only 75%.
Our Cases
Seaside zircon-titanium sand
Gambia seaside zircon-titanium sand mining project.
Copper & Chromite mine case
Zambian malachite raw ore is pre-enriched by spiral gravity separation, and coarse selection enriches the malachite copper grade from 0.4% to 5.2%.
South Africa selects 48% chromite from platinum tailings.
Case study of zirconium-titanium placer
In the African heavy sand minerals project (original ore TiO2 grade 3%), using our spiral equipment, the recovery rate of valuable heavy minerals is close to 98% under the condition of 20% concentrate yield, which greatly simplifies the subsequent multiple re-selection process and increases the output of heavy minerals. The silicon purity of the tailings can be used in the glass industry (or: raw material for glass fiber).
Quartz sand project
Quartz sand purification and washing system.
