1. General Information

Q1: What kind of product is this? This is a cordless, battery-powered wet & dry vacuum cleaner. Powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery, it requires no power cord and can be used anywhere — in cars, homes, shops, garages, or job sites. It picks up dry debris (dust, sand, gravel, crumbs, hair) as well as liquids (water spills, drinks).

Q2: How is it different from a regular vacuum cleaner?

• Wet & dry capability: Regular vacuums cannot pick up water; this one can.
• Cordless & portable: Lithium battery powered — no cord, no outlet needed.
• Large tank capacity with mobility: Equipped with a handle and caster wheels, with a much larger tank than handheld models.

2. Wet & Dry Function

Q4: What can it pick up? Dry debris: dust, sand, gravel, paper scraps, ash, hair, food crumbs. Liquids: water, spilled drinks, etc.

Q5: How much water can it hold? Tank capacity: 3L. When vacuuming liquids, watch the transparent water-level window and empty the tank before it reaches the MAX line. (Some models feature a float valve that stops suction automatically when the tank is full.)

Q6: Any precautions when vacuuming liquids?

• Make sure the filter is correctly installed before use (use the dedicated wet filter/sponge if applicable).
• Do not vacuum foamy liquids (soapy water, detergent water) — foam can enter the motor and cause damage.
• Do not vacuum flammable or corrosive liquids (gasoline, alcohol, acids, alkalis).
• Empty and dry the tank after each wet use to prevent odor and mold.

Q7: Can it pick up liquids and solids at the same time? Yes. For example, a floor with spilled drinks (mixed liquid + solid). For best results, pick up large solids first, then the liquid, to avoid clogging the hose.

4. Operation

Q14: How do I set it up? Insert the corrugated hose into the vacuum inlet on the main unit, attach the desired nozzle to the other end of the hose, and press the power switch. The tank is secured to the main unit with clips — open the clips to empty the tank.

Q15: How many suction power settings are there? Single speed / Two speeds (High-Low) 

5. Maintenance & Care

Q16: How do I clean it?

• Tank: Rinse with clean water and air-dry before reassembling.
• Filter: Rinse with water or tap off the dust. Make sure it is completely dry before reinstalling — a damp filter reduces suction.
• Hose/nozzle: If clogged, clear with a thin stick or rinse with water.

Q17: How often should I replace the filter? Depending on usage frequency, generally every 12 months. Replace when suction drops noticeably and cleaning no longer helps.

Q18: How should I store it when not in use for a long time? Empty the tank, dry the filter, keep the battery at about 【50%】 charge, and store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
