Through 3D printing and superheated pressure forming technology, the T membrane is overjet onto the model surface to form a customized invisible aligner. The entire process achieves full-process traceability of "one Person,one Model, one invisible aligner".

The finished product must pass visual inspection (transparency, edge smoothness), dimensional accuracy measurement (3D scanner comparison with design data), and mechanical performance testing (such as deformation resistance). 

Adopt the MES system to record production data, enabling Full-process traceability.Randomly selected samples shall be sent to a third-party machine, Broussonetia papyrifera, for biocompatibility testing (such as cytotoxicity and sensitization tests) to ensure compliance with GB/T 16886 and other international standards.
