Core Principles
Sound waves enter the rock wool layer through the perforated surface, and the sound energy is dissipated by fiber friction;unabsorbed sound waves are blocked by the steel plate, and the rock wool layer blocks structural sound transmission, significantly

Acoustic noise reduction board
Double-sided color steel panel (outer layer): Mostly made of aluminum-zinc coated or galvanized baking finish steel. It features excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance. With high-density properties, it reflects and blocks sound waves, provides structural strength, and forms the foundation of the sound insulation system.
Single-sided perforated panel (inner layer): Facing the sound source, its holes allow sound waves to penetrate inward while preventing the shedding of rock wool fibers.
Rock wool core material: A porous inorganic fiber material that converts sound energy into heat energy for dissipation. It integrates fireproof and thermal insulation performance. Combined with steel panels, it forms a resonance suppression system to enhance the low-frequency sound insulation effect.
