PAPER FEED SECTION

The adjustment of various mechanisms in the feeding section is convenient and simple, greatly reducing the time for machine calibration and model change.

Correction Section

The correction mechanism consists of multiple rollers, which is simple and convenient to operate, providing more precise correction.

Gluing Section

Innovative gluing technology that can adapt to most types of tape, using a non-contact cutting mode that does not damage the product itself. The double-sided tape cutting edge is serrated, and according to actual conditions, options for double-sided tape, easy-tear tape, transparent tape, and release paper devices can be selected.

First, its unique U-shaped circulation design greatly lowers space occupancy compared with linear taping machines, perfectly solving the limited workshop area trouble of small and medium printing plants. The feeding section applies mature friction feeding structure equipped with 8 thickened conveyor belts, paper cutting knife and electric stacking vibrator; all mechanical adjustments are simplified, drastically cutting mold change and calibration time during order switching.
Second, the multi-roller independent correction unit delivers stable ±2mm taping precision even for slightly warped corrugated sheets, effectively avoiding offset, missing or skewed tape. Its core taping section adopts official non-contact air-gap cutting technology, the cutter keeps clearance from carton surfaces without scratching coated, glossy gift boxes, and produces serrated tape edges for firmer adhesion. Customers can freely select 1–4 tape applicator heads to match double-sided tape, easy-tear tape, transparent tape and water tape, with optional release liner stripping devices for customization.
The human-machine touch control system supports multi-group parameter storage, enabling one-click recall of box settings to reduce repeated debugging. The receiving section provides two flexible collection modes: stacking or continuous inline delivery, fitted with high-precision photoelectric counters for automatic output statistics.
