The KQ PQ20-C is an OEM designed dispenser valve. Its nozzle is pointing sideway. When signal is given, the entire valve will rotate and dispense. Tracing a circular line of glue.
This peneaumatic valve is suitable for any application that needs to dispense glue at inner area of paper such as top & bottom box, sleeve etc

Round/oval cosmetic rigid boxes, tube paper sleeves, cylindrical gift boxes, wine tube packaging, inner top & bottom edge bonding of circular paper containers. The rotary side nozzle evenly coats full-circle glue lines inside enclosed box structures.
Special-Shaped Carton Inner Bonding
Multi-angle inner frame of irregular gift boxes, inner lining fixation of round tea cans outer paper sleeves, inner edge sealing of cylindrical logistics paper tubes.
Matching Cold Glue Equipment
Fully compatible with KQ-PJ23 corrugated cold glue machine, KPM-PJ-V24 (HB6 pump, max 8 channels) and KPM-PJ-V28 (HB9 high-flow pump, max 32 channels). Widely installed on automatic rigid box forming machines, tube sleeve wrapping equipment and special-shaped carton post-press folding lines.
