It replaces traditional mechanical polishing and tooth line cutting processes, generating no paper dust, debris or surface scratches, improving workshop cleanliness and finished product appearance without damaging printed layers. It enables factories to switch from high-price special adhesive to standard cold glue, cutting long-term glue procurement cost significantly.
It adopts low-temperature neutral plasma treatment with no thermal damage to thin paper, plastic film and metalized coating surfaces, leaving no visible traces on workpieces while reducing bubble generation during gluing. Modular nozzle design supports flexible replacement according to product width, and compact body (230×580×380mm, only 20kg weight) is easy to install on all types of automatic production lines.
Equipped with multi-layer safety protection switches and real-time fault alarm system, it has passed EU CE certification to meet global export safety standards. The whole machine consumes only 800VA power with low compressed air demand (0.1–0.2 Mba), featuring low energy consumption and stable continuous operation. Compared with corona treatment machines, its plasma jet delivers deeper, more uniform surface activation effect for long-lasting bonding performance.

Its core application lies in folder gluer pre-treatment for cartons covered with UV varnish, PET lamination, silver/gold metallic coating, materials with extremely low surface tension that easily cause delamination after gluing. After plasma activation, ordinary low-cost cold glue can achieve stable bonding without expensive special hot melt adhesives, eliminating bubble and peeling defects for gift boxes, cosmetic packaging, wine boxes and pharmaceutical cartons.
For manufacturing industries, it handles plastic, glass, metal and composite parts pre-treatment before gluing, inkjet coding and coating. In automotive production, it activates plastic interior parts and wire insulation surfaces to strengthen adhesive bonding. For 3C electronics, it processes mobile glass, circuit boards and small plastic components to boost ink adhesion and sealing tightness. Furniture factories use it on coated wood panels to improve veneer lamination performance.
The machine supports inline integration with folder gluers, coding machines, carton making lines and automatic assembly equipment.
