Product Introduction
Description
Applications:
KQ-HP20A is a cabinet-type dual linear nozzle plasma activation equipment, specially developed for linear cartons, double-wall cartons and cartons with large-size glue flaps. It is widely applied across packaging printing, 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, furniture, wire & cable, inkjet coding and 3D printing industries. Its core packaging function solves poor adhesion defects of cartons covered with UV varnish, PET lamination and gold/silver metallic coating, which easily bubble and delaminate after cold gluing. After dual linear plasma pretreatment, manufacturers can adopt low-cost standard cold glue instead of expensive special adhesives to realize stable bonding for medium-batch straight gift boxes, double-wall heavy cartons, cosmetic and pharmaceutical folding cartons, greatly cutting long-term adhesive procurement costs.
Beyond packaging, it performs narrow dual-strip surface activation for plastic, glass, composite and metal workpieces before gluing, inkjet printing and coating processes. In automotive production, it treats two parallel narrow plastic interior strips and cable insulation surfaces simultaneously to strengthen bonding durability. For 3C electronics, it processes dual edges of mobile glass, double narrow bonding zones of circuit boards and precision plastic components to eliminate ink peeling and sealing gaps. Furniture factories deploy it on two sides of narrow coated wood panels to optimize veneer lamination performance.
This mobile cabinet plasma unit supports inline installation on folder gluers, carton makers and coding production lines, running synchronously at a maximum carton line speed of 20 m/min. Equipped with two independent static linear nozzles, each with adjustable narrow processing width of 6–10mm, it can process two glue flaps of one carton or two separate cartons at the same time. Interchangeable linear nozzles match various narrow workpiece sizes, and universal casters facilitate flexible layout transformation for medium-output automated production lines.
Advantages:
The core competitive advantage of KQ-HP20A lies in its dual independent linear nozzle design, enabling synchronous double-station or double-flap plasma treatment and doubling processing efficiency compared with single-nozzle KQ-HP10A linear plasma model. The focused low-temperature linear plasma jet delivers targeted uniform activation only on narrow bonding zones without energy waste, lifting substrate surface tension above 40 mN/m to thoroughly eliminate carton peeling, bubble and poor adhesion issues. It replaces traditional mechanical polishing and scoring processes, generating zero paper dust and surface scratches while fully protecting printed, UV and metalized coating layers to maintain premium product appearance.
It drastically reduces overall production expenses: post-plasma treatment, economical ordinary cold glue can replace high-priced dedicated hot melt adhesives. The contactless static linear jet contains no rotating moving parts, causing no thermal damage to thin paper, plastic film and delicate coated substrates. Equipped with multi-layer safety interlock switches and real-time fault alarm system, the machine has passed EU CE certification to meet export standards for European and American markets.
The integrated mobile cabinet structure measures 600(W)*400(D)*1000(H) mm with a net weight of 55kg, fitted with universal casters for easy movement and quick inline refitting. It adopts two independent power modules with total power of 1600VA (800VA per nozzle) and matched compressed air demand of 0.3–0.4 Mba. Compared with rotary multi-nozzle plasma equipment, static linear nozzles feature simpler internal structure, fewer vulnerable parts, lower daily maintenance frequency and spare part costs, making it a cost-effective upgrade choice for factories producing large-flap linear and double-wall cartons.
