Product Introduction
Description
Applications:
The KQ-HP10B rotating plasma surface treatment machine is an industrial-grade surface activation equipment equipped with a rotary plasma nozzle, widely deployed across packaging printing, 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, furniture, wire & cable, 3D printing and inkjet coding industries. Its core application targets packaging cartons with UV varnish, PET lamination, silver/gold metallic coating, substrates with low surface tension that easily cause glue delamination and bubbling after folding. After plasma activation, factories can adopt low-cost standard cold glue instead of expensive special adhesives to achieve stable bonding for gift boxes, cosmetic cartons, wine boxes and pharmaceutical packaging.
For non-packaging manufacturing, it activates plastic, glass, composite and metal workpieces to boost adhesion for gluing, printing and coating procedures. In automotive production, it treats plastic interior parts and cable insulation surfaces to strengthen bonding durability. For 3C electronics, it processes mobile glass, circuit boards and precision plastic components to eliminate ink peeling and sealing gaps. Furniture factories apply it on coated wood panels to optimize veneer lamination performance.
This machine supports inline installation on folder gluers, carton makers and coding production lines, operating stably at a maximum carton running speed of 20m/min. The adjustable processing width ranges from 30–54mm, with interchangeable rotary nozzles to match various workpiece sizes. Its integrated movable cabinet with casters facilitates flexible layout transformation for both small-batch trial production and mass continuous automation lines.
Advantages:
The core competitive strength of KQ-HP10B lies in its exclusive rotating plasma nozzle design, which delivers wider and more uniform surface activation coverage compared with fixed linear plasma machines, eliminating dead treatment spots and raising substrate surface tension above 40 mN/m to thoroughly solve carton peeling, bubble and poor adhesion defects. It replaces traditional mechanical polishing and scoring processes, generating no paper dust or surface scratches and keeping printed, UV and metalized layers intact to maintain premium product appearance.
It greatly reduces long-term production costs: post-plasma treatment, ordinary economical cold glue can replace high-priced dedicated hot melt adhesives. The low-temperature contactless plasma jet causes no thermal damage to thin paper, plastic film and delicate coated surfaces. Equipped with multi-layer safety interlock switches and real-time fault alarm system, it passes EU CE certification to meet global export safety standards.
The complete mobile cabinet structure (600×400×1000mm, net weight 50kg) with universal casters supports free movement and quick inline refitting. It only consumes total power of 800VA with low compressed air demand (0.1–0.2 Mba), featuring low energy consumption and stable 24-hour continuous operation. Multiple interchangeable rotary nozzles are available for flexible width adjustment, simplifying mold switching for multi-variety production workshops.
