Description

Prevent peeling

Enhance the surface tension value of the product, improve adhesion, and prevent peeling. Mainly used for processing products such as glossing, lamination, and UV, reducing the generation of bubbles and dust. The surface treated with plasma can use ordinary glue for box bonding, reducing the cost of specialized glue.

Flexible matching

Can be installed in box pasting machines, coding lines, box making machines, and other equipment for online production.

Multiple protection switches, fault alarms, and have obtained EU CE certification standards.

Good tension value

To ensure the firmness of product bonding, the product surface needs excellent adhesion to achieve the desired effect. By applying plasma surface treatment technology, the surface of the product can reach a surface tension value of 40mn/m, thereby achieving better bonding effects.

Multiple nozzles

Different sizes and types of nozzles can be selected according to different products, easy to install, and even at a box pasting speed of 20m/min, surface treatment of the product can still be synchronized.

Applications:

The KQ-HP10A is a dedicated linear single-nozzle atmospheric plasma machine customized for linear straight cartons, widely deployed across packaging printing, 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, furniture, wire & cable, inkjet coding and 3D printing sectors. Its core packaging application solves poor adhesion defects of straight cartons coated with UV varnish, PET lamination and metallic gold/silver layers, which are prone to bubbling and delamination after cold gluing. After linear plasma activation, manufacturers can adopt low-cost standard cold glue instead of expensive special adhesives to produce stable bonding for small & medium batches of straight gift boxes, cosmetic cartons and pharmaceutical folding cartons, cutting long-term adhesive procurement costs significantly.
Beyond packaging, it handles narrow strip pretreatment for plastic, glass, composite and metal workpieces before gluing, inkjet printing and coating. In automotive production, it treats narrow plastic interior strips and cable insulation surfaces to boost bonding durability. For 3C electronics, it processes mobile glass edges, circuit board narrow bonding zones and precision plastic parts to eliminate ink peeling and sealing gaps. Furniture factories use it on narrow wood veneer edges to optimize lamination performance.
This cabinet-style plasma unit supports inline installation on folder gluers, carton makers and coding lines,  It features a fixed linear nozzle with adjustable narrow processing width of 6–10 mm, exclusively for single narrow glue flaps of straight cartons. Interchangeable linear nozzles are optional to match various narrow workpieces, and universal casters on the integrated cabinet enable flexible layout adjustment for small-batch automated production lines.

The focused low-temperature plasma jet raises the substrate surface tension above 40 mN/m, thoroughly eliminating carton peeling, bubble and poor adhesion issues. It replaces traditional mechanical polishing and scoring processes, generating zero paper dust and surface scratches while fully protecting printed, UV and metalized coating layers to retain premium product appearance.
It greatly reduces overall production expenses: post-plasma treatment, economical ordinary cold glue can replace high-priced dedicated hot melt adhesives. The contactless linear jet causes no thermal damage to thin paper, plastic film and delicate coated substrates. Equipped with multi-layer safety interlock switches and real-time fault alarm, the machine has passed EU CE certification to meet export standards for European and American markets.
The mobile cabinet structure measures 600(W)*400(D)*1000(H) mm with a net weight of 50kg, fitted with universal casters for easy movement and quick line refitting. It only consumes 800VA total power and requires low compressed air pressure of 0.1–0.2 Mba, lessening the load of factory air compressors. With fewer moving parts than rotary plasma equipment, its linear nozzle has simpler structure, lower daily maintenance frequency and lower spare part costs, making it a cost-effective choice for factories mainly producing linear straight cartons.
