When defective product is found, high speed rotary ejector grabs the product and eject it the out of the conveyor line. This method is most suitable when current production line is not equiped with inline diverter. Rotary ejector can be easily mounted on the output line.
However, due to the high speed nature of production line, rotary ejector comes with safety risk. It sends out ejected product in high speed and may cause injury if hit. Therefore, it is necessary to cover the ejector with blocker material to prevent product from flying out. This requires enough clearance for blocker mounting.
