KQ A-Series Electric Array Valve are a series of OEM designed dispenser valve specifically used for dispensing multiple lines/dots of adhesive. The valve can be control individually similar to a dot matrix printer.

Built-in fast-response needle valve structure instantly cuts off glue flow once signals stop. It delivers clean, sharp start and end points for every glue dot and line, eliminating stringing, overflow and messy glue marks on printed coated paper to lower finished reject rates.
Modular compact integrated structure
All array nozzles are assembled into one unified valve body, occupying far less installation space than scattered PJ-4000 single valves. The whole unit adopts corrosion-resistant stainless steel, suitable for long-term operation in humid packaging workshop environments.
Wide cold glue compatibility matching all KQ systems
Compatible with water-based cold white latex with maximum viscosity of 5000mPas; only for cold glue, hot melt adhesive cannot be applied. Perfectly compatible with KQ-PJ23, KPM-PJ-V24 (HB6 pump, max 8 channels) and KPM-PJ-V28 (HB9 high-flow pump, max 32 channels). Main Applications:
