Hongwang are equipped with advanced stainless steel/electrical steel equipment, core products are cold rolled stainless steel coils of 200, 300,400 series coil and sheet surface finishing products. The products are widely used in the fields of tableware, kitchen ware, medical apparatus and instruments, household appliances, auto parts, construction and decoration etc.

Based in central southern regions of China, Hunan Hongwang is the first high-grade electrical steel project of Hongwang Group. With the establishment of a long-term strategic partnership with upstream suppliers, the entire factory is designed and constructed under the standards of the Light­house, following the low-carbon and green principles to carry out high-quality and high-performance products fit to the needs of customers.

STAINLESS STEEL SHEET

Titanium has a wide range of applications in aerospace, marine engineering, petrochemical, shipping, biomedical and other fields, and is rapidly expanding to consumer areas such as daily use, sports, tourism, which is an important direction of strategic new materials in the 21st century.

The innovative use of self-designed advanced production processes, such as whole roll brush, whole roll 8K, whole roll black titanium, whole roll anti- fingerprint , whole roll PVD coating, has the advantages of high production efficiency, stable quality, low unit energy consumption, emission and production cost compared with the traditional "single sheet" process.

ASSEMBLY IRON CORE

The Hunan Hongwang Iron Core Processing Project specializes in the manufacturing of transformer cores. Its core processes include precision slitting, CNC lamination, and vacuum pressure impregnation treatment. The products cover distribution transformer cores with energy efficiency grades from S9 to S22, as well as power transformer cores ranging from 35kV to 220kV. 

OUTSIDE WALL USES

HONGWANG's ultra-wide 1240mm coils enabled minimal welding seams, while strict flatness control (I-unit ≤3) ensured perfect panel alignment. The project was completed in 2015, demonstrating HONGWANG's capability to meet luxury retail's demanding aesthetic and durability standards.
