API 11B Solid Sucker Rod

Steel sucker rod is an important part in the Artificial Lift System. We can supply different grades of sucker rod including grade C, K, D as per API 11B Specification. Also, we can provide our customers with customized Grade KD, HS, 96/97 sucker rod.

The steel sucker rods are made of fine alloy steel. Grade C sucker rod is made of carbon steel, which is used in light and medium load wells. Grade K sucker rod is made from high Nickel alloy steel, which is used in high corrosion wells. Grade D sucker rod is made of fine alloy steel, which is used in medium and heavy load wells. Grade Special D sucker rod is made of special alloy steel, which have effective anti corrosion properties. Grade HS sucker rod is manufactured by special heat treatment to reach high plasticity and strength, which is used in heavy and super heavy load wells. Grade KD sucker rod is made by well choosing alloy steel (such as 3130 or 4720), which have both advantages of grade D and grade K.
