Sowing & Bag Making / Production Management

The bag-making process has achieved mechanized and semi-automated production. This not only greatly boosts production capacity but also ensures the compactness and consistency of each spawn bag, laying a reliable foundation for the subsequent growth of Naematelia aurantialba (golden ear).

In professional cultivation rooms, intelligent environmental control is implemented to maintain constant temperature and humidity, uniform lighting, and fresh air, precisely simulating the optimal growth conditions for golden ear. Through full-process data monitoring and refined management, we ensure the healthy growth of mycelium, yielding high-quality golden ear with plump flesh and pure color.

Picking, Harvesting & Storage

After golden ears reach maturity standards, they are carefully harvested by fully trained workers. Gentle handling is adopted throughout the process to avoid damage, while different batches are strictly classified to guarantee product intactness.

Post-harvest golden ears are immediately transferred to clean pre-cooling warehouses to rapidly lock in freshness and nutrients. We promise to complete sorting, packaging and delivery arrangements on the very day of harvesting.
