Q1: What material is the trolley and what’s its load capacity?

A: The main frame is made of aluminum alloy with anti-rust coating. Different models have different load-bearing ranges, common load options are about 80kg, 120kg and 150kg for large-size versions.

Q2: Is it easy to fold and store? How about folded size?

A: It adopts quick folding structure for convenient storage. After folded, it can be placed in car trunks, cabinets or small corners. A hanging hook is equipped for space-saving storage. Exact folded dimensions depend on selected model.

Q3: What wheel options are available? What’s the difference between stair-climbing wheels and standard wheels?

A: We supply silent universal wheels, stair climbing tri-wheels and wear-resistant rubber wheels for your choice. Stair wheels perform better on steps, while standard wheels run more smoothly on flat ground.

Q4: What accessories come with the trolley? Can extra parts be purchased separately?

A: Normally it comes with Oxford storage bag and elastic binding rope. Optional accessories include brake wheels, extendable pull rods and storage pouches. Spare parts are available upon request.

Assembly & Usage

Q5: Is assembly complicated? Do I need special tools?

A: No extra tools required. It features snap-on connection, and most customers can finish assembly within several minutes with attached instruction manual.

Q6: Is the pull rod height adjustable? What height of users is it suitable for?

A: Multi-level adjustable pull rod (approx 90–130cm) fits most adult users.

Q7: Can it carry luggage, cartons and heavy goods?

A: Widened base plate helps stabilize luggage, express boxes and light construction parts; binding ropes can help fix items to avoid slipping.

Q8: Will the trolley get rusty if used outdoors on rainy days?

A: Aluminum frame features good anti-rust performance, and metal screws are coated for corrosion resistance. To extend service life, we suggest wiping dry after long-time exposure to water.

Customization & After-sales

Q9: How long is the production lead time? How to handle damaged goods received?

A: General orders can be arranged within 48 hours after deposit. All goods are packed with thick cartons. If deformation or wheel damage occurs upon receipt, please provide photos, we can arrange replacement accessories or new items under relevant terms.

Q10: Can we customize logo and color? What’s the MOQ for customization?

A: Logo printing on frame and custom color of storage bags are acceptable. Custom MOQ is around 50 units, sample service can be offered for evaluation.

Q11: What’s the warranty period? Can I buy spare parts later?

A: Aluminum frame has a 1-year warranty under normal use. Consumables like wheels and bags can be purchased separately when needed.
